How is my order been processed?

Once you place your order, the board will be shipped within 1-3 business days. Any order modification must be made within 2 hours after placing the order.

How can I change or cancel my order?

Orders will be processed within 2 hours during working days. If you want to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Our relevant staff will get in touch with you immediately.

Your order could be modified or refunded before we ship out the item. But if your order has been shipped out, it could not be modified or refunded.

How do I track my order?

The tracking number of your order will be provided to you by email after the shipment is documented, please login LycaonBoard website and click the "Order Tracking" found at the footer to view for further information.
Once your order ships, any update with tracking details will be displayed.

Got a backorder?

Occasionally, particular items may sell out quickly or be labeled as eligible for preorder, hence backorders occur.

If you are in that situation, we will inform you of the estimated delivery time by email as soon as possible and you will be given the option to:

1. Select a new item
2. Request to be placed on a priority wait-list to receive the product once it available
3. Cancel the original order
You will be first in line for the new inventory once the items become available.


What payment options do you offer?

Do I need to pay for tax?

LycaonBoard covers taxes for customers from United State and other European countries.

If a package were to be checked by the customs office of other uncovered countries, customers have to cover the import duties, tariffs and taxes.

In addition, some products may require a special license or permit to import. Lycaonboard is not responsible for products confiscated by customs in the country where the customer is located.

Customs varies from country to country, please comment while you are placing order about the requirements, we will support as much as possible.


Do you ship to my country? Can I get free shipping service?

We used to offer worldwide free shipping service for orders value $50 USD - $300 USD. For orders over $300 USD, free shipping service is only valid for the following countries.

Due to the unprecedented shipping cost increase during such special period, we charge an extra $30-$100 shipping cost based on our free shipping policy. See details in NOTICE. Customers from countries that are not covered in free shipping policy could see shipping charge at checkout.
