Electric Skateboard Troubleshooting: Charging Failure

Though skateboarding is an awesome and exciting experience, you may come across some issues while using the skateboard. In particular, the electric skateboard involves lots of electronic components, which makes it hard to determine the parts that go wrong. Here are some frequent issues and solutions for you to figure out what’s going on and fix the problem and ride again.

Charging Failure

If you are unable to charge your skateboard, it may be caused by the following reasons:

1. The wall outlet or socket is not in good condition.

Solution: Choose another wall outlet or socket.

2. The charger is overheated or the charging cable is damaged.

Solution: Repair or replace the charger.

3. The battery is damaged.

Solution: Change the battery pack.

4. Use charging equipment from other brands

Solution: Always charge the skateboard with the original charger.

5. Charge the battery immediately after riding.

Solution: Wait for half an hour and charge the skateboard when the temperature of the internal battery and the remote controller decreases.
